How do I access my course after purchase?

Upon successful enrolment, you will receive an automated email with your unique login credentials for the BEST Training Portal. Simply click 'Portal Login' in the main navigation of our site to access your dashboard and all Module materials.

Does this training count toward my professional CPD requirements?

Yes. Our courses are designed to align with professional standards for building conservation. While you should log this as 'Self-Managed Learning', we provide a Certificate of Completion for each Module, which serves as evidence for your professional development records.

How long do I have access to the course?

Enrolment provides you with 12 months of full access to the Module content, video masterclasses, and downloadable templates. This allows you plenty of time to integrate the learning into your professional practice at your own pace.

Are discounts available for multiple trainees?

Yes. We offer bespoke pricing and bulk licensing options for surveying firms, architectural practices, and local authorities looking to upskill their entire team. Please contact us via the support button below to discuss your requirements.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my firm?

Absolutely. All prices are subject to VAT. A full VAT receipt is automatically generated by our payment system upon purchase. If you require a manual pro-forma invoice or have specific billing needs, please contact Ian Bullock.
