Welcome to BEST Training. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to our training course(s) ("Course"). By enrolling in our Course, you ("You", "Your", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legal agreement between you and BEST Training ("We", "Us", "Our").
Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Course Enrolment and Access
1.1. Licence Grant: Upon successful payment of the applicable fees, BEST Training grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.2. Access Period: This licence is strictly limited to a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of your purchase. After this 12-month period, your access to the Course materials will automatically expire.
1.3. Single User Licence: Your enrolment is for one individual user only. You are expressly prohibited from sharing your login credentials.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
2.1. To access the Course, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information.
2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
2.3. We reserve the right to monitor account activity. Simultaneous logins from multiple IP addresses may result in immediate suspension without refund.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. All fees are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
3.3. Access will not be granted until full payment has been received and verified.
4. Intellectual Property & AI Restrictions
4.1. Ownership: All training materials (videos, templates, processes) are the exclusive intellectual property of BEST Training Ltd.
4.2. Prohibitions: You agree you will not copy, distribute, or screen-record Materials. Specifically, use of Materials in the development or prompting of Artificial Intelligence systems or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Consequences: Breach of this clause results in permanent termination of access without refund and potential legal action for damages.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with UK law, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund.
5.2. Waiver: This right is waived if you access or download a significant portion of the Course materials before the 14-day period ends.
6. Disclaimers
6.1. Educational Purposes: The Course is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes.
6.2. No Warranty: Provided on an "as is" basis.
6.3. Liability: Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Course.
7. General & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of England and Wales.
